This archive holds all speakers that have given lectures (one or more) over the past years. Please note that the descriptions are from last year and may be incomplete or out of date.

	Franz Artmüller
	Franz Artmüller is responsible for the Marketing (New Media, Graphics and Design) of Münze Österreich AG in Vienna since 1991. He began his education with a big Austrian savings bank, where he was responsible for Customer Service in the following years. In 1982 he advanced to the credit union sector to become Counters and Fund Manager an Austrian private bank.

Heiko Aschoff

Mr. Heiko Aschoff possesses a degree in economics and has more than 20 years experience in stock exchanges as a financial expert and as a banker. As a manager of pension funds he is involved in an investment volume of several billions of Euro. In the stock exchange service "Investment Ideen" ("Investment Ideas") and on the webpages of the financial portal Value-Stocks.com whose co-founder he is, he presents his personal recommendations and his experience. Moreover, he became known as the author of the book "Investmentstrategien der Profis" ("Investment Strategies for Experts") and as a speaker at financial seminars.

Markus Bachmann

Markus Bachmann holds a business degree from the University of Berne, Switzerland. He began his career in the corporate finance department of the Credit Suisse Group. In 1997, he joined the emerging markets team of SBC Brinson as the Analyst and Portfolio Manager responsible for the markets of Greece, Portugal, Israel, the Middle East and South Africa. In early 2000, Markus joined Coronation Fund Managers in Cape Town, South Africa, as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Global Resources Specialist with responsibility for various retail products and institutional mandates. In 2001, he received the S&P Award for Manager of the Best Performing Large Cap Equity Unit Trust in South Africa. Markus left Coronation to set up Craton Capital in 2003. As the fund manager since inception, the performance of the fund has been a testament to his expertise.

Dr. Bruno Bandulet

Mr Bandulet was part of the editorship of two of the biggest German publications (Die Welt and Quick). He is the author of the legendary culture magazine Transatlantik, and has travelled the world as a special international correspondent. In the 1980s he lived in Surrey, England, before moving back to Germany with his family. He has been holding finance seminars since 1980, holds regular presentations in Europe and overseas. He writes books and two monthly publications: "Gold & Money Intelligence" (since 1979) and "DeutschlandBrief" (since 1995).

Ross Beaty

Ross J Beaty is a geologist and resource company entrepreneur with more than 37 years of experience in the international minerals industry, Mr. Beaty founded and currently serves as Chairman of Pan American Silver Corp., one of the worlds leading silver producers. Mr. Beaty has also founded and divested a number of other public mineral resource companies since 1985, including Northern Peru Copper sold to China Minmetals in January 2008 for $457 million and Global Copper Corp to Teck Cominco in August 2008 for $500 million. Ross Beaty is Chairman and CEO of the new geothermal company Magma Energy Corp.

David Bensimon

Mr Bensimon graduated in Finance with distinction several times over from the University of British Columbia. He has 20 years of experience in inter-banking and the stock market, as well as being an expert in interest and the commodity markets. For the past 10 years he has had his own company, Polar Pacific Pty Ltd., an advisory company with license to the Australian stock exchange supervision. In his company Mr Bensimon publishes a variety of reports and has also published a book entitled "Polar Perspectives", which won first prize as Best Finance Book in the 2007 New York Independent Publisher Award (Photo: Singapore Business Times)

Uwe Bergold

Uwe Bergold was the head of one of the most successful asset management companies in Germany for over 5 years. In several publications he warned of the stock crash in March 2000, and a year later accurately predicted the gold boom. His strategies as asset manager were hailed by various press (Die Welt, Fuchsreport, Welt am Sonntag) as utterly outstanding. He frequently appears as a guest on Bloomberg TV and n-tv. Since 2004, Welt am Sonntag have placed him amongst the elite of German gold experts. Mr Bergold is the funds advisor to the capital investment company of the long-established private bank Sal. Oppenheim, as well as a freelance financial publicist and author of many books. His latest book, which he co-wrote with Roland Eller, "Investmentstrategien mir Rohstoffen"(Investment Strategies with Commodities) is one of the most definitive books on the topic. Together with Christian Wolf he has been an associate and manager of Global Resources Invest GmbH & Co. KG, and therein responsible for the investment strategies of the two public funds NOAH-Mix OP (WKN: 979 953) und GR Dynamik OP (WKN: A0H 0W9).

Dr. Joachim Berlenbach

Dr. Berlenbach studied geology at the University of Cologne. After graduating he went on to do his PhD in mining geology at Rand Afrikaans University. Between 1991-94 he was a lecturer in economic and structural geography at the University of Durban-Westville and besides took an MBA course at the University of Durban-Westville and at the University of Witwatersrand. At the same time he worked as a consultant in the mining industry. From 1995 to October 1997 he was a project manager at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research. From 1997 until the foundation of his own gold fund in 2003 he worked as an analyst for south African gold and platinum mines at the Standard Bank of South Africa, ING Barings and Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (Citibank). In the summer of 2006 he left Craton Capital for Tiberius Asset Management AG with their headquarters in Zug, Switzerland.

Prof. Hans-Jürgen Bocker

Prof. Hans-Jürgen Bocker is a finance and business journalist, columnist, business consultant and author who works in a worldwide capacity. He is also a university tutor, which shows his dedication to the younger generation. This is a man who has been active in numerous functions for 34 years and until now in 57 different countries. He is able to use his multi-faceted education in technology, engineering and economics whenever technological expertise in combination with economic expertise is required. He has achieved the incredible number of 2000 publications in papers and journals worldwide. In addition, he has given several radio and television interviews in particular during his time in Canada. As if that wasn’t enough, Bocker founded two companies in Switzerland. His latest book ("Gold Dossier") was published in 2000.

Ralf Borgsmüller

Ralf Borgsmüller, Diplom-Kaufmann, ist seit 2003 Partner der PSM Vermögensverwaltung GmbH in München. Die PSM ist die älteste bankenunabhängige private Vermögensverwaltung in Deutschland. Davor war er in leitenden Positionen bei renommierten Vermögensverwaltungen (u.a. bei der Dr. Ehrhardt Vermögensverwaltung) einer Privatbank und als geschäftsführender Gesellschafter eines großen privaten Family Office tätig. Mit über 25 Jahren Erfahrung an den Finanz- und Kapitalmärkten und zahlreichen Vorträgen für verschiedene Seminarorganisationen gilt er als ausgewiesener Experte in der Vermögensverwaltung. Die aktuelle Banken- und Finanzkrise hat er in verschiedenen Publikationen bereits seit 2006 zutreffend prognostiziert.

	Peter Bösenberg
	Peter Bösenberg was studying until May 2004 at the University of Technology in Dresden, where he completed an MBA. His specialization is Controlling, Financing, Innovations, Management and Communications. After having completed an internship there, he is responsible for commodity derivatives at Societé Generale.

Joachim Brunner

Joachim Brunner is executive shareholder of IR-World.com Finanzkommunikation GmbH, which incorporates IR-World.com and the news provider IRW-Press.de as well as the market letter "Smallcap-Investor". Mr. Brunner is chief Editor, his main focus is on Smallcaps and commodities. He especially concentrates on junior-producers and explorers. From 1991 to 1999 Joachim Brunner worked in the securities department of VKB-Bank in Linz, where he last was responsible for trading foreign stocks. Mr. Brunner is CEO of Vermögensverwaltung PORTFOLIO INVEST in Salzburg.

Adam Crown

Adam Crown is Executive Vice President of CPM Group. CPM Group is a leading precious metals and commodities research and consulting firm founded by Jeffrey Christian in 1986. CPM’s team of professionals has extensive experience in the commodities markets. The team covers commodities research, consulting, trading, banking, and financing. Among his numerous responsibilities with CPM, Mr. Crown is responsible for client relationships and business development. Additionally, Mr. Crown oversees the Precious and Base Metals Advisory publications, the Weekly Commodities Views, and long-term studies on strategic metals. He also has deep experience working with producers and consumers of commodities on commodity price risk management and investment banking advisory work for a number of international mining companies. Mr. Crown has a B.A. in International Economics from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Torsten G. Dennin

Torsten Dennin has been the Portfolio Manager in the field of private asset management at Deutsche Bank since 2003. He studied economics at the University of Cologne and at the Pennsylvania State University in the USA. In his capacity as Portfolio Manager, his research focus is in commodities and stocks of the basic materials sector. In the field of asset management, Mr Dennin is responsible for the discretionary handling of commodity investments and strategies, and is advisor to the DB Flexible Commodity Fund, a commodity fund which is managed on the principle of absolute return. Next to his professional responsibilities, Mr Dennin is completing a dissertation on "Commodity Futures in Asset Management" and appears frequently as a guest on television and in the press.

Reinhard Deutsch

Reinhard Deutsch graduated from the University of Frankfurt/Main. During his studies he focused on money theory. The former self-employed business man worked as a freelance journalist and finance publisher. He became known through numerous articles on money theoretical issues and on silver. His columns were among the first to be published on GoldSeiten.de. His first book "The Money Trap – Why the Silver Price will explode" (Buch "Die Geldfalle - Warum der Silberpreis explodieren wird") was already published as early as 2000. In the summer of 2006 his latest work "Das Silberkomplott" ("The Silver Conspiracy") was published. Everybody, not only dedicated silver freaks should have read that standard work. Mr. Deutsch will be present at the fair at his daughter’s stand Bullion Art.

	Paul van Eeden
	Originally from South Africa, Paul van Eeden is a well-known gold and currency expert. Since 1995 he has worked in areas of finance and valuation of resource companies. Through this he has gained much insider knowledge into the exploration of minerals. Mr van Eeden publishes a weekly market letter and comments on markets, economy and on other related areas.

Christoph Eibl

After studying business economics with focus on banking Christoph Eibl launched his career with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Bank AG in Stuttgart. He was responsible for the buildup and the establishment of the precious metals and commodity sector in the bank's Proprietary Trading. At the beginning of 2004 he moved on to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Frankfurt, the Investment-Banking-Arm of the Dresdner Bank AG, to support their commodities team. In September 2005 he founded the Tiberius Asset Management AG with his partner Markus Mezger. The company focuses on asset management in the commodities futures market.

	Walter K. Eichelburg
	Dipl.-Ing. Walter K. Eichelburg is an independent network consultant and investor in vienna. He has a degree in computer science and is a specialist in computer networks and innovation. He has also been occupied with investment and money issues for several years now and he writes numerous articles in finance and IT.

Ingo Ehrich

Ingo Ehrich, gelernter Versicherungskaufmann, war bis 1980 im Außendienst der Colonia Versicherung tätig. Danach machte er sich selbständig und baute in den Jahren 1985-1992 eine eigene Vertriebsgruppe mit 14 selbständigen Mitarbeitern im Finanzbereich auf. 1995 spezialisierte er sich auf das Vermögensmanagement, seit 2000 kam die Weiterbildung der Private Equity hinzu und seit 2002 liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Rohstoffanlagen. F. Willian Engdahl

F. Willian Engdahl is the author of the best-selling book on oil and geopolitics, "Mit der Ölwaffe zur Weltmacht" ("A Century of War: Anglo-American Politics and the New World Order"). Mr Engdahl is one of the more widely discussed analysts of current political and economic developments, and his provocative articles and analyses have appeared in many newspapers and magazines and on well-known international websites such as GlobalResearch.com, FinancialSense.com, Asia Inc., 321Gold.com. In addition to discussing oil geopolitics and energy issues, he has written on issues of agriculture, GATT, WTO, IMF, energy, politics and economics for more than 30 years. He recently finished his book, "Saat der Zerstörung - Die dunkle Seite der Gen-Manipulation" ("Seeds of Destruction: The Hidden Political Agenda behind GMO"), about the attempt to genetically control world’s food supply. His articles are to be found in the German-language weekly newspaper "Freitag" and also in "ZeitFragen".

Dr. Marc Faber

The investment guru Marc Faber is famous for his ponytail and his extravagant ideas. The Swiss-born expert says in simple words what many do not even dare think of. For this he is highly appreciated and respected. He now lives in Hongkong and Thailand, works as an assets manager and consultant for banks, writes books and publishes the stock exchange letter "The Gloom, Boom & Doom Report" for his fans. His legendary reputation stems from several wise predictions on the development of stock exchanges. His current book in the German language "Zukunftsmarkt Asien" ("The Future Market of Asia") was published at Finanzbuch Verlag.

Marco Feiten

Marco Feiten has been interested in shares, economics and stock exchanges since he was 15. After doing his A-levels and the civil service he served an apprenticeship as qualified bank clerk and founded Trierer Aktienclub 2000 (www.TAC2000.de), whose chaiman he is and for which he publishes the research report "Börseninfo" ("Stock Exchange Info"). He graduated in business (with focus on Services Administration and Medium Sized Business) from the University of Trier. Besides he works as an author, for example for Smart Investor Media GmbH. He has been operating the internet project www.new-sense.net since 2002 and since 2006 he is employed with IFL Rühl GmbH as deputy manager for the assets management.

	Markus Fieber
	Markus Fieber has specialized in algorithmic trading and the development of Black Boxes, with focus on equities and derivates Furthermore, he hosts work shops for institutional and private investors in Portfolio Insurance and Derivate Trading. He holds lectures at various events for investors.

Ralf Flierl

Ralf Flierl ist Gründer und Geschäftsführer der Smart Investor Media GmbH sowie Chefredakteur des Magazins Smart Investor. Zudem ist er verantwortlich für den wöchentlich erscheinenden Börsen-Letter Smart Investor Weekly. Vor seiner jetzigen Tätigkeit war er unter anderem Wertpapieranalyst bei der FINANZWOCHE in Pullach bei München (Dr. Jens Ehrhardt) und Leiter des Research bei der GoingPublic Media AG in Wolfratshausen. Der 1965 in der Nähe von Regensburg geborene Flierl ist verheiratet und lebt seit 1986 in München, wo er auch sein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft abschloss.

Robert M. Friedland

International financier Robert Friedland is the founder and Chairman of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., a Canadian public company whose remarkable copper and gold discoveries in Mongolia have sparked a gold rush by western mining companies during the past three years. Ivanhoe Mines has successfully secured approximately US$440 million in international equity financings since drilling its initial discovery hole at Oyu Tolgoi (Turquoise Hill), in Mongolia's South Gobi region, in July, 2001. Oyu Tolgoi, now internationally recognized as one of the world's largest copper-gold porphyry deposits. As Co-Chairman and controlling shareholder of Ivanhoe Nickel & Platinum Ltd. (Ivanplats), Mr. Friedland is closely involved with several mining projects in Australia and Africa, including the development of a significant nickel-platinum-copper deposit on South Africa's Bushveld Complex. Mr. Friedland also is Deputy Chairman and controlling shareholder of Ivanhoe Energy and Co-Chairman of its China-focused operating subsidiary, Sunwing Energy. Ivanhoe Energy's other international interests include conventional oil and gas production and exploration in the United States and innovative technologies to upgrade heavy oil to light oil and to produce cleaner burning liquid fuels from natural gas.

	Jürgen Ganßleben
	Jürgen Ganßleben is an executive of the independent Frabkfurt-based asset management firm G&P Institutional Management AG. He acts as an advisor to the funds G&P Exploration & Mining (A0JLUY), whose focus is on the substantial exploration shares in the precious and industrial metal sector.

	Martina Gruber
	Martina Gruber, Clearstream AG, has 17 years experience in the financial industry. She spent seven years at Deutsche Börse AG and is familiar with the entire process chain of stock exchange trading (issuance, trading, clearing, custody). Prior to that, she was employed at Financial Markets Service Bank GmbH, in Munich, at Management Team Business Consulting, Wiesbaden, and at KPMG in Frankfurt.

Daniel Haase

Since 2005 Daniel Haase is working for the investors' magazine "Smart Investor" as independent business editor. Amongst others, he wrote the cover story "Kapitalschutz - Kein Geldverlieren in schweren Zeiten" ("Protection of Capital - No Money-Losing in rough Times", 10/2006), "Über Inflation und den Niedergang von Währungen" ("About Inflation and the Deterioration of Currencies", 06/2007), "Subprime Giftmüll in Geldmarktfonds" ("Toxic Waste of the Subprime Crisis in Money Market Funds", 07/2007) and "Bombe im Bankensektor" ("Bomb in the Banking Sector“, 07/2008). The trained banker was responsible for securities/ derivatives with the former Federal State Bank of Schleswig-Holstein and later worked for the Credit Union of Kiel as specialist for securities for wealthy private cusstomers. He is director of the "Haase & Ewert GbR" (founded in 2007) and hosts lectures in northern Germany on a regular basis. On a fee basis he offers his independent consultancy services and analysis to a small group of private investors.

Hugo Hagen

Hugo Hagen, born in Munich in 1942, has been a well-known influence within the German precious metals market for over 40 years. His expert knowledge and competence, as well as his contacts with leading gold trading houses, are immeasurably valuable to his customers and to the proaurum team. He was recently awarded with the title "Dinosaur of the German Precious Metal Market" by the Sueddeutsche Zeitung.

Eike Hamer

Eike Hamer (born in 1975) passed his first A-Levels in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and later took his second in Hanover, Germany. After the basis military service he studied economics on the universities of Bonn, Osnabrück and Rostock, where he graduated as Bachelor of Commerce (Diplom-Kaufmann) in 2002 and afterwards earned his doctorate. Eike Hamer is a member of the "Institute of Middle Class Niedersachsen" in Hanover since 1996. He wrote the bestselling book "Was passiert, wenn der Crash kommt? - Wie sichere ich mein Vermögen oder Unternehmen" ("What happens when the Crash comes? - How to secure my assets and establishments") in cooperation with his father, Prof. Dr. Eberhard Hamer. In the book, the authors describe the consequences of a fundamental crisis in areas such as economy, society, education and culture. The reader is introduced to possible strategies for members of middle class and for the structure of assets. Special focus is set on gold.

Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Hankel

Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Hankel, geboren 1929 in Danzig, wurde als Chefökonom der Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau Entwicklungshelfer der ersten Stunde. 1968 holte ihn Karl Schiller als Leiter der Abteilung Geld und Kredit ins Bundeswirtschaftsministerium, wo er zahlreiche Verbesserungen im deutschen Kreditgewerbe initiierte; er erfand u.a. das "Bundesschätzchen" und öffnete die deutsche Börse für das Termingeschäft; 1971/72 wurde er Präsident der Hessischen Landesbank. Hankel lehrt seit 1971 als Honorarprofessor für Währungs- und Entwicklungspolitik an der Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt/Main und hatte zahlreiche Gastprofessuren im Ausland inne: u.a. in Harvard, Georgetown und an der School for Advanced International Studies an der John Hopkins University Bologna und am Wissenschaftscenter Berlin. Hankel ist gefragter Berater in Drittweltstaaten und Osteuropa. Bis 1995 errichtetete er im Auftrag der EU ein Zentrum für Bankausbildung und -beratung im westsibirischen Tyumen. 1998 klagte er mit drei Kollegen gegen die überhastete Einführung des Euro vor dem Bundesverfassungsgericht. Sein aktuellstes Buch heißt: "Die EURO-Lüge und andere volkswirtschaftliche Märchen".

	Folker Hellmeyer
	Folker Hellmeyer started his career as foreign exchange trader with Deutsche Bank in Hamburg and London in 1984. Since 1995 the banking professional has been working with Helaba in Frankfurt and since April 2002 he has been chief analyst with Bremer Landesbank. Furthermore, Folker Hellmeyer is a popular guest in TV shows and expert discussions on finance, for example at n-tv or Bloomberg TV.

	Mag. Gregor Hochreiter
	Gregor Hochreiter, MSc is an economist who works at the University of Halle/Saale and at the Hochschule Liechtenstein. He has been published several times, on GoldSeiten.de and liberty.li, among many other websites, and in daily newspapers. He is the author of "Langfristig Werte sichern" ("Securing Long-term Worth") and co-author of "Der Anti-Steingart" and "The Regulation Race".

John Kaiser

John Kaiser ist unabhängiger Analyst, der den Junior-Ressourcensektor seit 1983 analysiert. 	Andreas Kotula
	Andreas Kotula is with Société Générale in Frankfurt since 2004. After finishing his studies of business economics in Mannheim he took over the marketing of the certificates of Société Générale that are issued from Frankfurt. Since 2008 he is also responsible for the marketing of the Exchange Traded Funds of Luxor AM, a subsidiary of Société Générale.

Gianni Kovacevic

Gianni Kovacevic is business strategist in the area of natural resources. These days, he puts special emphasis on copper and gold. After profound studies of reading and research he enjoys sharing his points of view with acquaintances and a larger audience. Besides English, Mr. Kovacevic is fluent in German, Italian and Croatian. In the last three years he played an important role in achieving financings of more than 150 mill. US-Dollars of foreign investors. His maxim is the long-term development of communities near mining sites. The opportunity for young people to learn English helps not only them, but to improve their living standards, of their families and of the entire community they live in.

Henk J. Krasenberg

Henk J. Krasenberg is the Chairman of the European Gold Centre and gives his views and opinions on the markets of precious metals, base metals, other minerals, mining and exploration in general and in particular Canadian mining and exploration companies. He has a longstanding background in general investments and has specialized in mines, metals and money since 1983. His aim is to build connections between mining and exploration companies and the European financial and investment communities. Mr. Krasenberg is publishing several report that are all available for free at www.europeangoldcentre.com or via email.

Roland Leuschel

Roland Leuschel studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe and then economics at the University of Berlin. He is the former strategist and director of the Banque Bruxelles Lambert, and the author of several books (most recently "Das Greenspan Dossier", with co-author Claus Vogt). In 1982 he foresaw the US and European stock market boom in good time, and in the summer of 1987 he predicted with precision the October crash. Since then he has been known as the "Crash Prophet" - one of the most famous stock figures in Europe (Börse Online). In the aforementioned book he blames the former US Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan of encouraging the bubble in which he implemented a policy of "easy money".

Dr. Michael Lorenz

Dr. Michael Lorenz works as a lecturer at the faculty of mathematics at TU Chemnitz (Technical University of Chemnitz). Since 1996 he has been actively trading futures and options. On his internet page www.boersenwendepunkte.de he presents his own trading systems. In connection with a simple money management strategy he could achieve considerable success. This combined method serves as topic in many of his presentations and he passes on his knowledge in his function as regional manager of Vereinigung Technischer Analysten Deutschlands (VTAD) in Sachsen (Union of Technical Analysts in Germany, division Saxony).

Günther Luitz

Gründete 1980 die HDV-Heidelberger Vermögensverwaltung GmbH. Er spezialisierte sich seit 1994 auf das Thema Rohstoffe und Energie und trifft bei der HDV die Entscheidungen bezüglich der Vermögensverwaltung. Aussichtsreiche Minengebiete werden von ihm mit einem Expertenteam von Analysten und Geologen bereist. Dieser Wissensvorsprung wird von ihm für seine Kunden gewinnbringend genutzt. Sein umfangreiches Fachwissen wird auf vielen Seminaren geschätzt. Er ist Herausgeber des Buches "Und ewig glänzt das Gold".

Martin Mack

Martin Mack, born in 1963, is a trained banker and graduate in business management. During his studies he co-founded the Mack & Weise Depotmanagement GbR with Herwig Weise in 1989, which became Mack & Weise Vermögensverwaltung GmbH in 1994. As one of the first German asset managers, Mack & Weise founded the public fund M & W Capital in 2001, which offers investors the access to the "real" asset management. Since 2006 the super fund M & W Privat completes a wider spectrum for investments, compared to M & W Capital.

Rainer Meier

Rainer Meier worked for Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft in Zürich for 22 years out of which he was the responsible broker for shares, obligations, foreign exchange, precious metals, commodities and bank notes for 16 years. He was an expert consultant for precious metals and commodities in the educational centre in Wolfsberg, the person responsible for senior staff and apprentices, for further education in the field of communication and marketing as well as being responsible for accompanying qualifications on the topics Islam, military, and politics. Since 1997 he has been a political consultant, too. In 1999 he founded the company ZPMO Edelmetalle & Münzen AG (ZPMO Precious Metals & Coins Ltd.) in Zürich.

Markus Mezger

Markus Mezger (born 1966) worked from 1997 until the summer of 2005 for the Baden-Württembergischen Bank AG in Stuttgart. At the beginning of his career there he was responsible for the investment strategies in Eastern Europe, and recognized with precision the new trends in the fields of precious metals and commodities. He published many in-depth special reports about the long-term investment strategies in the fields of precious metals, currencies and stocks. In September 2005 he co-founded the Tiberius Asset Management AG with Christoph Eibl The company specialized in the asset management of investments in the commodity market sector. In the past few years Mr Mezger has made a name for himself as an author and speaker.

David Morgan

David Morgan has been an economist for over 20 years. He graduated with degrees in economy and finance, and is very much considered as an insider of the financial markets. Mr Morgan is regularly published in Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, The Herald Tribune and in many other newspapers and journals. He gained fame through "The Morgan Report", a well-known radio programme, and also through "The Silver Investor". Mr Morgan has acted an advisor to funds managers and institutions, and has frequently held presentations.

Michael Mross

Michael Mross (born 1958) is a native of Cologne. While studying law he discovered his interest in the stock market and journalism. After presenting for ARD (German public TV station) he hosted the financial show “Geldmarkt” (“Moneymarket”) for RTL Television. Michael Mross debuted in 1993 with “Telebörse” - THE “News” show amongst German TV stockmarket shows. The lateral thinker is an iconic figure of the German stock market community (n-tv, n24, CNBC). Hans-Jörg Müllenmeister

Dipl.-Ing. Hans Jörg Müllenmeister was born in 1941. He studied electrical engineering in Aachen, and from 1966 he was an electrical engineer in the field of technical documentation. A trip to the Far East awakened his interest in precious stones, and since 1978 he has been a diamond evaluator and expert in precious stones, with a specialisation in precious coloured stones. He is the author of many books on the subject, and for the past 12 years he has worked independently, and is a publicist in the fields of asset value, precious metals, precious stones and diamonds.

Jürgen Müller

Jürgen Müller (Jahrgang 1967) hielt seinen ersten Goldbarren 1988 in Johannesburg in der Hand. Bill Murphy

Murphy grew up in Glen Ridge, N.J., and graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1968. In his senior year he broke all the Ivy League single-year pass-receving records. He then became a starting wide receiver for the Boston Patriots of the American Football League. He went on to work for various Wall Street brokerage firms and specialized in commodity futures. He began as a Merrill Lynch trainee and went on to Shearson Hayden Stone and Drexel Burnham. From there he became affiliated with introducing brokers and eventually started his own brokerage on 5th Avenue in New York. He now operates an Internet site for financial commentary, www.lemetropolecafe.com and GATA.

Rolf Nef

Rolf Nef (born 1954) has over 20 years of portfolio management and advice experience behind him, and has had several managerial positions in many leading Swiss financial institutions (among others at UBS, Credit Suisse and the Union Bancaire Privée). Rolf Nef is the co-author of an investment book: Geld, Gold und die Wahrheit (Money, Gold and the Truth, (Ferdinand Lips und Jacques Trachsler), and has written numerous analyses for many different financial magazines. He completed his Masters degree in economics at the University of Zurich, and is a full member of the Swiss VQF, a self-regulating organization of the Financial Services Standards Association. Since 2001 he has been an independent asset manager for private clients, and in January of 2006 he started the Tell Gold & Silber Fonds.

	Steffen Orben

Steffen Paulick

Steffen Paulick is a qualified banking clerk and has been working in the banking sector since 1982. From 1992 onwards he has specialised in assets consultancy with private customers. Since 2001 he has been arguing in favour of investing in precious metals to maintain purchasing power. At the same time he trains staff for this type of investment. Moreover he has held several presentations on that particular topic at customer events over the past two years. His last banking positions were in the cooperative system, with Postbank Vermögensberatung (Postbank Assets Consultancy), and as marketing director for proaurorum in Munich. Today he works as an independent asset manager.

Dr. Josef Pies

Scientist Dr. Josef Pies, born in 1956, studied biology and did his PhD in cytology (cell biology). In his thesis he deals with the course of movements of cells – the units that work on the basis of colloids and upon which the effects of colloidal silver can be added. After having completed his studies, he started work in the pharmaceutical industry and has gained a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in the field of medicine. Aside from classical ‘traditional’ medicine, he has an interest in the use of alternative treatments. He has written and published several books and countless articles on specialist medical topics, as well as the history of medicine. Included in his bibliography are the scripts for training and information films for doctors and patients, as well as many guidebooks for patients.

Dr. Thorsten Polleit

Thorsten Polleit is working as Chief German Economist for Barclays Capital since October 2000. Prior to that he worked for ABN AMRO in Frankfurt am Main, London and Amsterdam and became Chief German Economist for ABN AMRO Deutschland AG in March 1998. Mr. Polleit studied Business Sciences at the Westfalian Wilhelms-Universität in Munster and earned his doctorate in 1995. He founded "ECB Observer" in 2000, an independent watch group of the ECB, and is a member in the "EZB-Schattenrat" since 2002. In 2003 Thorsten Polleit was appointed honorary professor at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is a member of Friedrich-August-von-Hayek-Gesellschaft and of the research network "Research on Money in the Economy" (ROME). His focus of interest lies on monetary economics, especially monetary theory and politics as well as monetary market theory.

Chris Powell

Chris Powell has been managing editor of the Journal Inquirer, a daily newspaper in Manchester, Connecticut, U.S.A., since 1974. He writes a column about Connecticut issues that is published in a dozen other newspapers in the state and often appears on radio and television public-affairs programs there. He is a member of the executive board of the Connecticut Council on Freedom of Information and until this year was its legislative chairman for six years. In 1999, with Bill Murphy, Powell founded the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee Inc. to expose and oppose manipulation of the gold market and related markets.

	Jens Rabe
	Jens Raabe is a self-employed commodity trader. Apart from his own trading activities he works as a consultant in planning and implementing trading methods on futures markets for institutional clients. He is the editor of the weekly PIT TRADER newsletter and the author of a series of expert contributions which appeared in various publications in Germany, the UK, Italy and the US.

Uwe Reinelt

Uwe Reinelt comes from a modest background. After finishing his studies in German and English, he pursued a career as a hospital nurse in 1976. In 1990 he completed the training to become a teacher of health and nursing studies. Since 1995 he has been the head teacher of a health and nursing school, having had experience in medicine for over 20 years. In 1988 he was involved in a plane crash in which he almost died, and since then has been interested in naturopathy, philosophy and Quantum physics. For almost 15 years he has been an alternative practitioner, Reiki expert and teacher, Qi-Gong teacher and holistic advisor. Mr Reinelt is considered as one of the pioneers of colloidal silver exploration. Robert Rethfeld

Robert Rethfeld (Jahrgang 1962) studierte nach dem Abitur am humanistischen Gymnasium Paulinum in Münster Betriebswirtschaft. Berufliche Stationen waren Assistent der Geschäftsführung der Internationalen Luftverkehrs-Verbandes (IATA), eine fünfjährige Referententätigkeit beim Deutschen Reisebüro- und Reiseveranstalter-Verband (DRV) in Frankfurt/M., sowie bei der Deutschen Lufthansa AG, wo er eines der ersten Airline-Portale für den Flugscheinverkauf über das Internet mit auf den Weg brachte. 1998 gründete er gemeinsam mit seinem damaligen Vorgesetzten ein Beratungsunternehmen, dessen Geschäftsführer er wurde. Die Beratungstätigkeit erstreckte sich auf Unternehmen, die den Aufbau von Internetportalen betrieben. Kunden waren u.a. die Deutsche Telekom sowie einige Reise-Portale wie Travel-Channel oder Travelocity. Mitte des Jahres 2002 begann Robert Rethfeld mit dem Aufbau der Website www.wellenreiter-invest.de.

David Reymann

David M. Reymann is an acknowledged expert in the field of precious metals. He is the moderator and administrator of the leading Internet forum on physical precious metals - the Forum of Goldseiten.de Forum der Goldseiten. He presents the Precious Metals Show since 2005 and has published numerous works. In 2006 he was elected Director of the Board of the Deutschen Edelmetall-Gesellschaft e.V., a society which he co-founded. Since early 2008 David M. After his A-levels Dietmar Siebholz served an apprenticeship as qualified bank clerk which he finished with distinction. His passion for the stock exchange made him go to the Dusseldorf stock exchange as a broker assistant. In 1979 he was appointed by a market leader in real estate fonds and that is how he came to Munich. In 1983 he became self-employed. Jochen Staiger

Jochen Staiger wurde am 9. Mai 1968 in Stuttgart geboren. Seine Berufsausbildung zum Bankkaufmann absolvierte 1988-1990 bei der Baden-Württembergische Bank in Sindelfingen und Stuttgart. danach arbeitete er für NatWest Stockbrokers 2 Monate in London (Spezialpraktikum) und begann dann sein Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre im Oktober 1990 an der Universität Konstanz. James Turk

James Turk has specialized in international banking, finance and investments since graduating in 1969 from George Washington University with a B.A. degree in International Economics. His business career began at The Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase Bank), which included assignments in Thailand, the Philippines and Hong Kong. He subsequently joined the investment and trading company of a prominent precious metals trader based in Greenwich, Connecticut. He moved to the United Arab Emirates in December 1983 to be appointed Manager of the Commodity Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, a position he held until resigning in 1987. Since then Mr. Turk has acted as Chief Executive of Greenfield Associates, a firm he established in 1985 to publish his work and to provide investment research and trading advice, principally to investment managers, hedge funds and commodity trading advisors in the United States and Europe. From 1995 to 1999 he was a Director of Lion Resource Management Ltd. of London. Mr. Turk is the Founder of GoldMoney, a new electronic currency for use in ecommerce. Werner J. Ullmann

Werner J. Ullmann is in charge of the operational business and the research team concerning the account recommendations for the portfolio. As responsible manager of the best performing German gold-fund in 2003, the DJE Gold & Commodities Fund, he has gained experience from many years of trading in the commodities sector and also holds a tightly knit network of contacts. He is the author of the book “Profit mit Rohstoffen” (“Profiting from Commodities”). Furthermore he is adept with the international gold and commodities industry.

Frank Veneroso

From 1991 to 1994 Mr Veneroso was a partner of the Hedge Fund Omega Advisors. There he was responsible for the formulation of global investment policies. From 1995 until 2000 and in the period before 1991 he worked for his own company and travelled all over the world as a strategic advisor to global finance managers and economic advisors. There he advised industrial clients from all over the world, producers, central banks and institutional investors regarding risk management of precious metals, as well as hedging non-precious metal and energy prices. He spent part of his career of more than 20 years with Frankfurter Bank in their trading offices in Singapore and Sydney.

Herbert Wüstefeld

Herbert Wüstefeld worked as a trader/analyst in futures and options trading for different brokers from 1979-1991. At the end of the nineties he stopped working by private means and has applied his experience and specialist knowledge at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in Frankfurt, trading derivatives since 2000. As client service manager in the market segment of structured stock products, he is involved in all stages of the product development and is responsible for the co-ordination and running of client-service processes.

Manfred Zimmel

Since 2000 Mr. Manfred Zimmel has been a professional stock exchange astrologer and the editor of the stock exchange letter Amanita Market Forecasting, whose performance and high score is confirmed by a US-rating agency every year. Previously he was an investment consultant and was a member of the analysts union DVFA for almost 30 years and was among other functions a member of the chief editorship of Wirtschaftswoche, Wertpapier (Stocks and Shares), Telebörse (Tele Stock Exchange) and Euro. After having published several successful books for example "Von der Kunst, an der Börse reich zu werden" ("The Art of Getting Rich at the Stock Exchange") or "Das Goldbuch" ("The Book on Gold"), a 1000-page encyclopaedia with the title "Geld und Gold klipp und klar von A bis Z" ("Gold and Money clearly and plainly from A-Z"). Frank Meyer

Frank Meyer was born in 1969 in Plauen. After finishing his Abitur (A-levels), he began his career in Berlin at the youth radio station DT64. There he worked as an editorial assistant, making and recording radio items. In 1995 he moved on to the Berlin-Brandenburg station Inforadio where he worked both as production director as well as in the business editorial. After 4 years of living in Berlin, he moved on to Frankfurt where he burst onto the scene as a TV presenter and stock market reporter for Bloomberg TV. Since September 2006 he has presented "Märkte am Morgen" on n-tv in Cologne, the "Telebörse", as well as reporting from the Frankfurt stock exchange scene.

Tobias Karow

Tobias M. Karow studied political sciences with a master degree in international relationship and models of political systems. In 2004 he began as an editor at the Smart Investor magazine and focussed on topics like Emerging Markets, Commodities, Value Investing and Asset Management Boutique Funds. In the meantime he actet as vice-editor-in-chief and was responsible for numerous special issues mentionning topics like real estate stocks and investment funds. In 2008 and 2009 Tobias Karow was a nominee for the german jounalist award in the categorie „Asset Management“. Moreover in 2000 he founded the Wolfratshauser Aktienclub, an investment-club he leads until today as managing director.

Werner-J. Brech

Werner-J. Brech ist seit zirka 40 Jahren im Investment - Banking aktiv. Er ist heute sowohl Geschäftsführer der Hühn Vermögensverwaltungs mbH, Düsseldorf als auch Vorstand des Finanzdienstleitungsunternehmens AAM AG in Düsseldorf. Darüber hinaus ist er in einigen Aufsichts- und Beiräten von Gesellschaften tätig, die teilweise ihren Schwerpunkt im Rohstoffsegment haben. Während seiner langjährigen führenden Tätigkeit für national und international operierende Finanzinstitute hat er mehrere hundert festverzinsliche Emissionen und zahlreiche Aktienwerte an die Börse gebracht. Mit seinen amerikanischen Partnern begleitet er Gesellschaften an den Kapitalmarkt, führt IPO Konferenzen durch und ist im Bereich Investor- und Public Relations aktiv.

	David Reymann
	David M. Reymann ist gelernter Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann und studierter Betriebswirt. Seit 2004 ist er Chef-Moderator des Goldseiten-Forum.de. Ferner ist er Betreiber des englischsprachigen Edelmetallportals Silver4India.com. Aktuell bereitet er die Gründung der Deutschen Edelmetall-Gesellschaft vor. Die Gründungsveranstaltung wird im Rahmen der diesjährigen Edelmetallmesse sein.
